He is from the North
Has a Stoke accent.

Has three children Charlotte, Matthew and Anton.
The quieter one.
The one in uniform.
Likes scooters
A "proper engineer" ( Mech Eng )
Was young, now older, but not wiser.
Usually bald, but not for the wedding.
Rules driven, mostly....
Thinks he is in charge!

Rachel - Ra:

Rachel – Ra (for short as a nickname since Cadets) Rachel when I am in trouble !!!
Does not live in Wales.
From the South.
Likes Ketchup.
Has a posh accent (allegedly).
Has lots of certificates.
Big picture and pretty loud.
The one in a dress - "I am not wearing uniform on my wedding day!"
Has been to some scooter rallies (but not many).
I am a Lawyer (sometimes).
No beard (only on the weekends).

Welcome to Wales

For those of you traveling into Wales, don’t forget the speed limit for built up areas is 20 mph, this includes Northop, which regularly has an enforcement van lurking to catch the unwary. There’s little margin for error, so be careful.

Luckily Peckforton Castle is back over the border.

If you are attending the wedding ceremony, guests are allowed to park at he Red Lion pub carpark opposite the church, it’s our local and it gets busy!

Also for those who arrive earl there will be some bacon sandwiches laid on at he pub to enjoy with the groom from 10.30 am onwards.

Peckforton castle given the rural location WIFI / phone signal can be temperamental.
Please ensure all guests not staying onsite have pre-booked transport to their accommodation.
Check-in is available from 3.00pm & Check-out is from 10.30am the following day.
Those who are travelling from far on Friday night please make sure you eat some dinner or you can book at the castle dinner in advance ( those who are saying there) Pre-book any table reservations within the 1851 restaurant & 2010 Brasserie. Iceland where he took me to Reykjavík for the weekend for my birthday as a surprise.

Travel together

Travel together – Lanzarote – Iceland – Greece – Estonia – Anglesey and….. a lot of other exotic places such as Longton, Stoke, Nescliffe, Ripon, Warrington, Windsor, Snowdon, Maidstone, Swynnerton, Chilwell, Chatham, Waterbeach, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Stoke – on – Trent, Isle of Wight – scooter rallies.

I proposed he said yes 29th Feb 2024!!!! Leap Year !!! As he kept saying it’s a leap year you know !!!! Have you got anything planned?
